Allan Rennie, who used to do all our butchery work has a new job. I think he has been brought in especially to hunt these timid wee beasties. He is well known in the Angus area for his expertise in the Haggis field!!

I have a problem……. And before anyone says it, I’m not eating too many pies!! (Well maybe I am but I’m in denial!)
My problem is that my eldest son loves our pies too and he thinks he should be the one that Quality Checks them.
I do trust his judgement sometimes but I feel I’m more qualified so I’ll carry on for the time being.
These are the remains of our latest batch of brisket pies that have come in and thankfully he is away back to school so he can’t eat any more!!!
