We were asked by a customer recently for flat iron steaks as they had them at a restaurant so we have cut a few more to sell in the shop. If there are any special cuts you would like then please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.

Here are our 8 Simmental bulls forward this weekend for Stirling Bull Sales. There are 7 from the Drumsleed Herd and 1 from the Boswell Herd. All our bulls are vet inspected at home and all semen tested using the AV method.
